Development & Operations Assistant

Role Overview

Reporting to the Development Manager, the Development & Operations Assistant will support and help execute the day-to-day needs for OneVoice’s fundraising portfolio, including events, campaigns, tours, and consistent donor stewardship. The Development & Operations Assistant will also work directly with the executive staff, board, and fellow team members to provide operational, administrative, scheduling, and logistical support. 

The Development & Operations Assistant should be extremely detail-oriented, a great communicator, highly organized, tech-savvy, and have the willingness to take initiative and the astuteness to anticipate organizational needs. We are seeking someone who is looking to learn the ins and outs of nonprofit development and operations from the ground up, and is prepared to lead on data entry and manage our CRM system. 

This job will be based in New York City. 

What You’ll Do

Lead on fundraising systems, tracking, and reporting

Play an integral role within the development team and all fundraising activities 

Support the day to day operations of the organization
