The OneVoice Movement seeks a dynamic, experienced senior development associate to oversee fundraising and outreach efforts. OneVoice is the flagship undertaking of the PeaceWorks Foundation.
OneVoice Movement is an international mainstream grassroots movement with over 650,000 signatories in roughly equal numbers both in Israel and in Palestine, and 4,500 highly-trained youth leaders. It aims to amplify the voice of Israeli and Palestinian moderates, empowering them to seize back the agenda for conflict resolution and demand that their leaders achieve the two-state solution, guaranteeing the end of occupation, establishing a viable independent Palestinian state, and ensuring the safety and security of the state of Israel - allowing both peoples to live in peace with all their neighbors.
The senior development associate reports directly to the executive director and will work closely with the president of PeaceWorks and OneVoice boards to coordinate outreach to the existing support base and expand the donor base.
He/She must provide initiative, energy and imagination in helping to achieve OneVoice’s mission and development goals. The position consists of outreach in New York, Boston, Chicago and California primarily.

OneVoice is seeking a graduate or undergraduate student to work as a summer intern in our International Engagement Program, located in our New York office.
OneVoice's International Engagement Program (IEP) was founded in 2005 with the goal of reducing the tension on American university campuses and in communities that often cripples productive mobilization around a resolution to the conflict.
IEP organizes six regional speaking tours each year, bringing OneVoice activists from Israel and Palestine to campuses and communities across the United States. Responding to the needs of Israelis, Palestinians and the international community through the years, IEP also advances the campaigns of OneVoice Palestine and OneVoice Israel by encouraging similar and complementary engagement here.
These goals are supported by leadership trainings and network-building through a chapter system across US campuses and communities.
